How to order ?

Contact our team before placing an order so we can review your requirements and provide the most appropriate pricing.

Share your clinic or practice name, the products you're interested in, and the quantities you're looking at.

Step 3

We’ll review your request and provide pricing, including any available professional or in-clinic rates where applicable.

Step 4

Once confirmed, you can proceed with your order based on the agreed pricing and requirements.

Ordering for your clinic

Before placing an order for items for use in your clinic, we recommend getting in touch with our team first.

Many of the manufacturers we work with offer professional or in-clinic pricing that isn't available at standard retail rates and we'd rather make sure you're getting the best price before you order.

Ordering on behalf of a client

If you're sourcing products for a specific client, the ordering process will depend on how the purchase is being funded.

- NDIS orders for Plan Managed, Agency Managed, or Self Managed clients.

- Workers Compensation or CTP orders for clients funded through an insurance claim.

- Private purchase for clients purchasing out of pocket.
