Important - Supports that are not NDIS Supports
Some products we sell fall into a category the NDIS describes as "Supports that are not NDIS Supports." While exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, these items require approval from an NDIS Planner or a Replacement Supports Approval before we are able to issue an invoice.
If you're unsure whether a product requires this approval, please contact us before placing your order.
Applying for NDIS funding or approval
If you're in the process of applying for NDIS funding, requesting a plan reassessment or review, or seeking Replacement Supports Approval for a specific product, you don't need to place an order first.
Go directly to our Easy As platform to provide the participant's details and the products required. A draft service agreement will be generated as a PDF that can be used to support your application, review, or approval request.
