How to measure your head

Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string
Wrap the tape around your head, positioning it about 1 cm above your eyebrows
The tape should sit comfortably around the widest part of your head
Make sure the tape is level all the way around
Note the measurement where the tape meets
If using string, mark the point and measure against a ruler

Tip: For the most accurate measurement, ask someone to help you or measure in front of a mirror.
