It's worth using the correct size. A PH0 or PH2 may look similar but won't seat properly in a PH1 screw head - and repeated use of the wrong size can permanently strip or round the screws. Stripped screws are physical damage, and no warranty or consumer guarantee covers damage caused by incorrect tool use.
