COVID 19 Related Service Adjustments

At Assistive Tech we know now more than ever the availability of Low Cost Assistive technology is key to maintaining access to your NDIS Services and Supports.

The team at Assistive Tech remain available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday via phone and online chat and we continue to have stock of iPads and Samsung Tablets that may assist you with continuing to access services and supports.

We are currently unable to provide local pickup arrangements but can arrange same day courier delivery to areas across Metropolitan Sydney.

Specific exemptions are in place for the access of Low Cost Assistive Technology through your existing NDIS funding. More information is available at https://ndis.gov.au/participants/assistive-technology-explained/flexible-low-cost-support-continuity
