    Support at Home Eligibility

    This product may be eligible for funding under the Support at Home Program where it is prescribed or recommended by an appropriate health professional and assessed as necessary to support cognitive rehabilitation, literacy development, language therapy or daily living skill building.
    Cognition, literacy and therapy applications are classified in the AT-HM Code Guide under assistive products for cognitive support (AT-HM code 22 27) or communication and language therapy software (AT-HM code 22 21), depending on the primary clinical purpose.
    Eligibility and funding approval are determined by the individual's Support at Home provider and must align with the person's assessed needs, prescribed supports and care plan goals.
