This product does not generally meet the requirements specified by NDIS for Low Cost Assistive Technology as it is not the lowest cost model available. We can assist with your Agency Managed (NDIA/PACE), Plan Managed or Self Managed order.

Private Purchase

At Assistive Tech we prioritise orders for NDIS Participants but also welcome orders from private customers.

NDIS guidance as of 24 June 2022 indicates that 3G, 4G and 5G mobile capability are excluded from being able to be claimed. This means that participants may still purchase this product, but will need to pay for the cellular component. The cellular upgrade for this product is $250, which means this cost will need to be paid from their own money. This participant contribution can be paid on the same invoice.

In addition, NDIS does not fund SIM cards/mobile data plans. When considering this product, you will need to take into consideration the costs for a mobile data plan (NDIS considers this as an every day living cost - utilities).
