Support at Home Eligibility

This product may be eligible for funding under the Support at Home Program only where the tablet device it protects is itself funded as a prescribed assistive technology platform (for example, an AAC device or cognitive support tool).
Tablet cases and screen protectors used with AT devices are classified in the AT-HM Code Guide under accessories for assistive communication and AT devices (AT-HM code 22 21 15).
A case or protector purchased independently for a general-purpose device is not eligible. Eligibility and funding approval are determined by the individual's Support at Home provider and must align with the person's assessed needs and care plan goals.
