This product is an Assistive Product for Household Tasks. This is developed to assist individuals with a disability to independently prepare food. You should consider your plan goals and primary disability prior to purchase.

Support at Home Eligibility

This product may be eligible for funding under the Support at Home Program only where the tablet device it protects is itself funded as a prescribed assistive technology platform (for example, an AAC device or cognitive support tool).
Tablet cases and screen protectors used with AT devices are classified in the AT-HM Code Guide under accessories for assistive communication and AT devices (AT-HM code 22 21 15).
A case or protector purchased independently for a general-purpose device is not eligible. Eligibility and funding approval are determined by the individual's Support at Home provider and must align with the person's assessed needs and care plan goals.
